PESTICIDES ON FRUIT AND VEGETABLES

An effective way to remove toxins from fruits and vegetables is to soak them in clean water with a mixture of a small capful of apple cider vinegar.

Soak for about 10 minutes.
Rinse the vegetables or fruits a couple more times and it’s ready for juicing.
Most of the nutrients are found just under the skin so if you peel the skin off you’ll lose the precious nutrients.
The wax used on fruits are non-petroleum based, natural and edible.
